  • CNC and mechanical wire, strip and tube forming machines
    working from coiled stock from 1200kg or 3000kg. decoilers. Range in wire is now 1.0mm up to 15mm rated at 38 tons tensile.

  • Feed and form machines are fully computerised with direct servo motor programmable drives.

  • Each servo unit can be mounted on the machine frame according to the operation to be carried out and the force needed from 500kg. to 1500kg. Bending, coiling, pressing operations to produce all types of wire and strip components.

  • Automatic welding of the workpiece in such examples as cooker grid frames, display shelves, wheel trim holding rings, clutch rings etc can be supplied.

  • Multi wire feeds of different diameter for bending, forming and welding.

  • No limit at present to the number of programmable slides. Heavy pressing operations up to 150 tons are incorporated. Machines can be selected for the best output and change-over speeds to suit the customers batch sizes and output requirements. Markets cover all wire products.
