  • Six and seven axis robots from 15kg. to 250kg. capacity are used according to the type of component.

  • Used throughout the bathroom and kitchen water fittings industries for surface finishing castings and pressings. Large cast iron and aluminium components can be fettled and deburred prior to machining. Door furniture, handles and back plates are pallet loaded into and out of the fully guarded cell.

  • Full automation is designed and supplied by S.H.L. for the presentation of work to the robot and safe unloading after the work cycle has been completed. In process work measurement and gauging with feed-back to the robot programme for component correction.
